Debbie Tunnell, author

Recipeas 4U LLC Co-founder, a party planning and menu consulting company created for the development of this book.

She is a professional caterer, recipe developer for New York City gourmet food importer and online food editor for Chelsea Market Baskets, NYC. She is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and member of the American Institute of Wine & Food. She holds a B.A. in Marketing and Communications.

Dale Engelbert, contributing author/designer

Recipeas 4U LLC Co-founder. She is a Senior Editor for the Educational Testing Service, Princeton, New Jersey. She was formerly a sales and marketing consultant for the gourmet food industry.
She holds a Level 3 Award in Wines & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (W.S.E.T.) and is the Web Designer for tastevingroup.com, a wine tour specialty company. Dale studied graphic design at the School of the Visual Arts, New York City and holds a B.A., Psychology/Sociology from East Carolina University.

Susan Szymanski, contributing author/designer

Principal designer/ owner Moonlight Design, a full service design studio focusing on event related graphics and social stationery. She is a former graphic designer for Michael Graves & Associates, collaborating with architects, interior designers and product designers on logo development, signage, textile, product, packaging design and marketing materials. Susan holds a B.F.A. in Illustration from Moore College of Art and Design.

Ricardo Barros, photographer

Principal photographer at the internationally recognized museum and sculpture park, Grounds For Sculpture, in New Jersey since 1992. His photographs are in the permanent collections of The Smithsonian American Art Museum, The Fogg Art Museum, The Museum of Art of Sao Paulo, The Museum of Image and Sound, the New Jersey State Museum and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. He is an ADDY award winner in the New York region and has produced exhibition monographs for sculptors Magdalena Abakanowicz, Marisol, and Red Grooms.

Ricardo is author of Facing Sculpture - a Portfolio of Portraits, Sculpture and Related Ideas.

Marek Bulaj, contributing photographer


Currently, Marek is a staff photographer at Michael Graves and Associates. Formerly he was a freelance photographer for the New York Daily News, staff photographer at "Jasna Polana" Estate, private estate. His publications include Art and Antiques, Michael Graves selected books, New York Times and New Jersey Monthly, The Pierpont Morgan Library Exhibition Catalog. Marek studied at New York University, Tish School of the Arts and International Center of Photography.
